Technical support

At Tecniservicio 3000 C.A we provide specialized support services and spare parts for Entrust and Evolis’ desktop printers. We also offer preventive and corrective maintenance and roll out services for replacement due to firmware updating or obsolescence.

Our technician visits the place where the device is located, it is applied especially for those cases in which the movement of the machine is complicated or cumbersome, due to its dimensions and / or weight.

The services provided in the On Site modality are:

  • Preventive Maintenance: For those clients located in the metropolitan area of Caracas, we offer the possibility of preventive services, which must be planned in advance, to ensure the device operation.
  • Corrective Maintenance:  to verify and repair the reported issues. If it’s necessary, we have spare parts for their replacement.
  • Roll out: It is requested mainly due to the growth of the platform. This service is also provided when software updates occur or to modify an existing configuration of previously installed devices.  

This service is provided in our service and support center, we receive desktop devices that are easy to move, when they are sent by the client or by the technician (after our On Site service) to carry out complex revision and repair processes.

We maintain strict control of the devices received’s inventory for review, which allows us to record and control the repair cycle, as well as generate reports with detailed information.
